`Free Gluten`

I usually accompany each painting with a poem I have written myself. Gluten-Free Free gluten from glyphosate. Free sugar from glyphosate; From Roundup; from adjuvants; from surfactants. Free food from pesticides and herbicides; Monsanto; the FDA; the food industry; the pharmaceutical industry. Stop poisoning the population! Bloated stomach? Excess air? Gas; flatulence; diarrhoea; cramps? Abdominal discomfort? Get tested for food intolerances instead of putting more poison into your bodies! Raise the prices of fast food and the like And lower the prices of organic and bio food, if such a thing even exists..., With the sky so streaked with so much strontium; barium; aluminium. All the water tables are contaminated and so the ‘bio’ and ‘organic’ of life are pure illusion! Illusion is where I have lived since childhood Through the ignorance of a nation That lets me fall to the side where I do not die That leaves me dazed In a frail body, dying slowly! I wipe the filth with my finger between my fingers Through the whistling of the wind On the tenuous thread of life they offer me I am coeliac. In a deep sleep They play with my life force Every time, by mistake My body consumes the poison found in almost everything around us. What child did I cease to be? What life did I cease to live? Because I am frail and dazed. With a voice loud, soft, hoarse, whispered That no one hears. Only you hear. Where in my sleep I find myself all the time The image that is felt In the blood In the soul In the skin I always fall to the side where I do not die. 05.03.2025
